Paris Photo Parade

Here are some pictures from our Paris trip! You can find our detailed post here!

Our last German beer before Paris...

...at 11:30 am. In Germany, you don't really have to have an excuse to start drinking before noon.

This face is the Official Paris Face™.

On the RER B from Charles de Gaulle Airport to Paris

Rue de la Whoa

Bus 21 proved very useful.

Because in France, you may need a condom in the Metro.

We were so excited that we started taking pictures of random buildings despite knowing nothing about them.

We learned later that this is the Fontaine du Chatelet.

Our first encounter with the River Seine.

An open air flower market along the river.

What are you lookin' at?

Facade of the Notre Dame cathedral.

Look, I got me a Parisian snack! Sophisttomacated

Are you really taking a picture of me eating???

More gorgeous Notre Dame architecture.

Pont de l'Archeveche, je t'aime.

Beautiful from every angle.

Rahsan's attempt at Paris Face™.

Can't beat the OG.

Paris. Paris. Paris. Paris. McDonald's.

Many of the Metro tunnels were "under renovation".

OMGOMGARCDETRIOMPHEOMGOMG

The eternal flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, laid with flowers for World War II Victory Day.

Wait, wait, wait for me!

Yeah. That's not dangerous at all.

Near where we were staying...

Morning market. Fromages basically translates to The Best Thing Ever.

After our picnic lunch on the Seine.

OMGOMGIT'STHESEINEOMGOMGOMG

Art vendors along the river.

A lovely Parisian plaza.

Back at the Notre Dame!

Shannon couldn't wait to find the best ice cream in Paris

Here, Rahsan found the best nutella crepe.

I think he needed some alone time with it...

The Queen taking over the Napoleon Apartments

Royalty.

Romantic moments at the Verjus bar a vins.
Cafe Constant near the Tour Eiffel.

Construction of the new second floor...

I know it's cheesy...

He still can't get it right.

Meditation by Auguste Rodin.

I Am Beautiful by Rodin.

A cast of The Thinker in the gardens of the Musee Rodin.

Go here for the tastiest treats in the world.

I think I just drooled a little bit...

One of our several breaks on the hike up to the Sacre Coeur.

I don't think the locals are too happy about the commercialization of the cathedral.

The view from the top of Montmarte

Savoring the final hours of our trip.

This is one of Charles de Gualle's finest terminals.

...This is one of it's worst.

Our flight's gate was changed from the super modern shiny upstairs to the fluorescent basement

Instead of a jetway, a suffocating shuttle bus. Of course, nothing could tarnish our wonderful and romantic experience in Paris. :)
